These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from DDC Australia through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Australian Manufacturing and Resale Products
DDC manufactures a wide range of textile-based products at our Dandenong factory, including:
  • Laundry bags
  • Mesh bags
  • Trolley covers
  • Straps and webbing assemblies
  • Event and hospitality linen
  • 4WD and outdoor textile accessories
  • Custom textile products made to specification
  • T-shirts, tank tops and selected kids army-style clothing
  • Rainwear including ponchos and overtrousers

We also retail and wholesale selected outdoor and tactical accessories such as hats, caps, clothing, binoculars, compasses, torches and similar gear. These resale items are sourced from external suppliers and are not manufactured by us.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. Availability depends on stock levels or production capacity. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with alternatives or arrange a refund.
4. Orders and Payment
Payment must be received before an order is produced or shipped. We accept secure payments via:

  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

We do not store credit card details or PayPal account information. Orders may be cancelled if incorrect information is provided or if fraud is suspected.
5. Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination. Dispatch times vary depending on whether the item is in stock or custom-made. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
6. Custom Orders
Custom-made products are manufactured according to the specifications you provide. Please ensure all measurements, materials and requirements are correct before approval. Custom items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once production has begun unless the item is faulty or does not meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Standard products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty. Resale outdoor accessories must be returned unused, with original packaging. For details, see our Returns & Exchanges page. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us promptly with your order number and a photo. We will repair, replace or refund the item depending on the circumstances.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
  • interfere with site functionality
  • attempt to access restricted areas
  • use the site for unlawful purposes

All content, images and product descriptions are owned by DDC Australia or used with permission. Unauthorised copying or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, DDC is not responsible for:
  • delays caused by third-party carriers
  • incorrect information provided by customers
  • misuse, wear and tear or improper handling of products
  • loss or damage occurring after delivery has been completed and the goods have been received, except where required under Australian Consumer Law

Our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
