Shipping & Delivery
So you’ve done your shopping. Just how long will it be till you receive your order? The calculator at checkout will give you the average amount of days it takes to ship a product to your door and the best time to contact our support team.
Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
- We ship on business days. Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
- The estimate above does not include manufacturing time - we may need 1-3 business days to manufacture "out of stock" items and to make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be.
Australia Post e-Parcel is our preferred method for shipping as we can track the status of delivery times.
Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed by Australia Post e-Parcel, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.
Once you’ve added your item(s) to your cart, you can get a shipping estimate by entering your delivery address and choose a shipping method in your shopping CART prior to checkout. Shipping costs are then calculated and added on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page when you proceed to checkout.
YES, We rely on Australia Post e-Parcel & e-Parcel Express service to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For e-Parcel Express you will receive a tracking number from DDC Australia once your parcel is marked as shipped and for all orders including e-parcel Express you will receive tracking notification by Australia Post once we dispatch ( normally between 3pm - 4pm EST Mon - Fri ).
Most orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse location, however some items may be dispatched from another branch location should we be out of stock in order to save time in receiving your order.
