DDC Australia - Shipping Information

Parcel Policy

For general shipping of most orders ( Australia Wide )
DDC prefer to use either E-Parcel Express satchels from Australia Post or Toll Priority satchels.
We prefer these modes of shipping because:

  • Guaranteed next day delivery to most places in Australia
  • Signature required upon receipt of parcel
  • Reliability of the carrier
  • Satchels include a parcel number to trace location

Some orders will not be eligible to be Express Posted due to either size, shape or weight of parcel.
In these cases DDC Australia will use either Regular E-Parcel Post,  OR Toll Ipec Freight carriers (whichever is deemed to be the most cost-effective or viable for that parcel/address)

Cost of Parcels by Weight

The cost of freight will automaticaly be calculated upon checkout.

Please note,

Should you choose regular post as your prefered carrier, we are unable to track items should they go missing.

**DDC Shipping Tip**

As Express Post parcels are priced according to weight why not fill your satchel up with some more items to avoid extra freight next time you order. Eg: Fill a 3kg satchel up to the 3kg for the same price as the cost would be for a 1kg order???

International Deliveries

For all international orders we will despatch via Australia Post - 

Express Post InternationalExpress delivery to more than 200 countries in 3-7 business days between metro areas of major cities.

Air Mail -  approx 3 - 4 weeks.

Sea Mail - can take up to twelve weeks

Most orders to be delivered outside Australia will be received approximately three to four weeks from when your order is placed. However this may vary and largely depends on the destination we are shipping to (and the postal system of that country). Please note, it can take up to twelve weeks for delivery of your order via sea mail.

Returns Policy

DDC Australia stands behind the quality of our merchandise and is dedicated to providing high quality goods and services for our clients. If you are not happy with your online order for any reason, then do not hesitate to contact us so that we can endeavour to correct the situation.

DDC Australia will accept the exchange of any unworn or un-used goods as long as they are in original condition and still have their tags, however please contact us first so that we can determine the best remedy.
You can return the goods with the original receipt as proof of purchase within 14 days.
Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack any returned items carefully to ensure they arrive safely.
If unfortunately you receive damaged goods (damaged in transit or otherwise) then we will provide replacement goods at our discretion provided you contact us about the problem within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Damaged or faulty goods may need to be returned to us, however please contact us first so that we can determine the best remedy.

Unfortunately if you need to return any items, the postage costs on these returns will be the resposibilty of the customer and shipping and handling costs on returns are non-refundable.
